Martin studied art history in Berlin and Paris. 2007 he established creative studio Projector23 in Berlin. He has created successful animated shorts like Watching the Ball (DOK Leipzig, Sarajevo IFF), Heavy Mental (Golden Kuker, Anifilm) and several documentaries. Martin was a scholar of Nipkow program and participant in numerous co-production forums and workshops.
The film production company Silverart, based in Bratislava, Slovakia, was established and is run by producer Katarina Krnacova. She is an EAVE 2015 graduate and 2017 Producers on Movie participants, and a member of EFA and SFTA. Katarina produced the family drama Little Harbour, awarded with a Crystal Bear at Berlinale 2017 for the Best Film in Generation Kplus.
Silke was born 1972 in Guben and studied screenwriting at the film university Konrad Wolf in Potsdam- Babelsberg. Her collaboration with director Martina Sakova spans from animated short film Heavy Mental 2010 to the feature debut Summer with Bernard. She also writes novels such as the award-winning book Störung der Totenruhe.

Martina Sakova studied film direction at Film Academy VSMU in Bratislava in Slovakia, and was a DAAD scholar at the Film Academy HFF and the University of Arts in Berlin. Prior to the script for Summer with Bernard, her feature live-action debut film, she wrote the script for various documentaries and her animation short Heavy Mental.
