Agata Malesińska is a TV & feature film scriptwriter, literature writer, journalist, copywriter, economist and sociologist. Cooperated with HBO, TVN, Polsat and Polish Press Agency among others. She wrote two novels: “Malokkio” (2011, published by Swiat Książki) and “Aby do pełni” (2009, Prószyński i S-ka); the latter was made into feature film. Agata is an author of science articles in the field of digital sociology, specifically big data. Privately Agata is a happy wife and an absorbed mom of two boys. “The Girl from the Future” (Opus Film) is her first feature film script, dedicated to younger audience.
The founder of Opus Film, Piotr Dzięcioł, is a graduate of the University of Wrocław and the Polish National Film School in Łódź. An experienced film and television producer of more than 30 features and TV series, he serves as the chairman of the board of the FPCA and a member of board of the Polish Film Institute and the Polish Audiovisual Producers Chamber of Commerce (KIPA). In 2004, he became a fellow of the European Film Academy.
