Anna Różalska is a talent manager and producer, co-founder and CEO of Match&Spark talent management, which represents more then 45 filmmakers, among them Sundance-awarded director Michal Marczak, Oscar-nominated DP Lucas Zal and DP Monika Lenczewska selected as one of the top ten cinematographers by Variety. Recently Match&Spark co-produced a feature documentary “Who Will Write Our History” directed by Roberta Grossman and produced alongside Nancy Spielberg. While working in Alvernia Studios Anna co-produced “Arbitrage”, starring Richard Gere, Susan Sarandon, and Tim Roth and “Vamps”, starring Sigourney Weaver. Anna also produced the short film “Ambition” directed by Tomasz Baginski. The film was produced under the umbrella of Platige Image for the European Space Agency to commemorate the historic Rosetta mission. In 2016 Anna have been listed as one of Future Leaders by Screen International’s annual Future Leaders list presented around Cannes Film Festival. Anna has also been named a ‘Woman-to-Watch’ by Sydney Levine and Indie Wire.

Filip Syczyński is a director, screenwriter and a member of the American Film Institute. His pool of genes and humor are reflected in his multidisciplinary work stemming from a diverse collision of painting, music and photography. He was fortunate to work with directors such as David Lynch and Adrian McDowell. His movies were screened at festivals around the world (Sundance FF, Cannes FF). He is a show runner for MAŁY ZGON (A SMALL DEATH) directed by Juliusz Machulski, a tv series for Canal+ currently in the making, scheduled to premiere in 2019.
